Gravitational Aura
Teža has a constant Gravitational Aura about him, with which he controls the gravitational effects of the creatures or items that come within the field. He can alternatively increase or decrease gravity within the field. This is a now-subconscious, constant effect. He has maintained it for so long that he no longer has to think about it in order for it to do his will. Limit Zero When gravity becomes strong enough, it can level mountains. In fact, this was one of Teža's responsibilities before the war. He assisted the Earth Alicorns with shaping mountains and valleys. He retains the ability to use this power but has only used it one time since the war. He flew to the highest peak of the mountain range and flattened the top of it to make his home. He rarely leaves this lofty place. This is the move he used in the duel with Kasamata that ended in the Great Rift's formation. Specialization Teža generally only uses his element in great need except for his Gravitational Aura. |
History & Current Events
The beginning and the end
Many millennia ago, there was a Pegasi called Quell. He fell for a unicorn mare named Asimati and they went off together into the hills of Nuvola. However, here Asimati's magic did not work, so they attempted to live in the forest of Msitu instead. This also proved to be very difficult because the trees would get in the way of Quell's wings. With broken hearts they decided that they must part. She could not live outside of the forest and he could not live within it. They spent one last night together, then parted ways.
Six months later, Asimati laid two eggs. She was concerned about incubating them. She was unsure that she could care for more than one foal at a time. She decided to hatch one, raise the foal, then hatch the other once the first was weaned. So this is what she did. One year later, a beautiful filly foal hatched from the egg. The filly did not inherit either her mother's horn or her father's wings, but her color was absolutely stunning. She had a glittering coat that shimmered when the light touched it. Asimati could see that she would have her own long mane and and feathering on her legs, but that she would not have a unicorn's tail. She would be a stunning mare when she grew up. She named the filly Mira.
When Mira was only a week old, Asimati decided to try to find Quell so that he could meet his daughter. She hid her second egg and set out, leaving the forest behind yet again. They reached Nuvola and Asimati began asking everyone she met if they knew where Quell could be found. Eventually someone did, and they pointed her in the right direction. She happily turned her nose to the northeast and went to find her lost love.
She found him near the base of the mountain range, which she thought was a strange place for him to be. She ignored this though, telling herself that he had the right to live where he pleased. She showed him his daughter, who was by now nearly weaned. They had traveled a long way from her home in the forest. She told Quell of the second egg that she would begin to hatch when she returned to Msitu. She told him of the clever place she had hidden it to keep it safe. He seemed so pleased at the idea of being a father that she promised him that she would bring his second foal to see him as well.
After bidding him farewell, Asimati and Mira started the long walk back to the forest the following day. By the time they arrived at their home, Mira was weaned and Asimati was looking forward to hatching the second egg. She walked into the small clearing where she had hidden the egg... but the egg was gone. She cried out in dismay and grief and searched everywhere for her missing egg, but never found it.
Back in Nuvola, Quell stood with an Alicorn named Kasamata, looking down at a gleaming white egg on the ground in front of them. They found a mare to hatch the egg, a quiet Alicorn named Eluna. When the egg hatched, all three of the adults were there to see the foal stumble to his hooves. His black coat had the same iridescent quality as his sisters, but there was a difference. His was covered in the tiny white flecks of stars and a constellation pattern. When he raised his head, Quell saw with amazement that the colt had inherited his mother's horn. The foal struggled to his feet, and when he stumbled to his knees, he flared his wings to balance himself.
Wings??
The foal was an Alicorn.... The first new Alicorn in over 100 years! Kasamata and Eluna were speechless. Quell was not. He helped the foal up, and when the foal rose into the air, along with about a dozen small rocks, Quell said,

The foal was an Alicorn.... The first new Alicorn in over 100 years! Kasamata and Eluna were speechless. Quell was not. He helped the foal up, and when the foal rose into the air, along with about a dozen small rocks, Quell said,
"I will call you Teža."
It wasn't until over 12,000 years later that Kasamata turned on his brethren and the war began. Teža was an integral part of Kasamata's plans and was in fact the first Alicorn that he called upon for help. Teža was a cold, brooding stallion that hated servitude as much as his friend did. He had no second thoughts about joining him in his fight for freedom, which is how they viewed it. It wasn't until the war had been going on for several years that Teža began to feel that the servitude had only switched to a new source, not disappeared. Kasamata was demanding and overbearing. It began to wear Teža down until he snapped.
At this point in the war the other species had the advantage as many Alicorns had died, usually at the hooves -- or horns -- of their former friends. He and his friend argued and then fought, rending the earth between Thrylos and the rest of Arraspel. By the end of this duel, Kasamata admitted defeat and fled deep into, and some say even beyond, Thrylos.
